Tired of working in noisy cafes as a remote worker. Book The Space Oakville which is an inviting, natural space sure to provide solitude or creativity to your work day. No desks here, we have seated workstations, bolsters, and pillows that will surely help to open your hips and heart. Book by the hour.
Are you a teacher, facilitator or therapist looking for a space to call your own for an hour, day or weekend? Our space is your space. We rent on an hourly basis and you have access to the entire space for you and your clients or participants.

ONE ON ONE/SMALL GROUP TRAINING
We offer private Barre, Yoga, Mat Pilates Personal training or Meditation.
Book a one off session to learn the basics, fine tune your existing regime or celebrate a birthday or special occasion in a unique small group setting. We are surrounded by cafes so what a perfect pairing to move and then fuel afterwards.
