This is your time to drop out of your mind and into your body. Through gentle, spontaneous movement and guided breath, we explore the sensations, emotions, and energies stored in the body.

Using shaking, sounding, movement and stillness, this class helps release what's ready to move-grief, tension, fear or joy - and create more spaciousness in your system.
