About the Event
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative process. It's generally done while lying in Savasana, but can be done seated as well. Commonly referred to as yogic sleep, it is a deeply relaxing process allowing you to connect with yourself, calm the body and mind and soothe the spirit.
Tricia Chatfield is a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist with 25 years of experience in the yoga world, working with people in pain or recovering from trauma.
