New Years Intention Setting Ceremony w/h Celina

This is a guided virtual at home year end ceremony that is intended to help you process 2020, and set clear intentions and open up energy for the coming year of 2021.

We will breath, move (not yoga fyi), journal and share energy with each other. This is an intention practice so that you can look inward, connect with yourself, reflect, cultivate, define and commit to the type of life that you want to live.

This has been a very tough year on so many levels, so we really need to take this time to process and set our minds and bodies clearly focused so that our souls can attain our highest intentions and dreams for the year 2021.

During this sacred practice we will define dreams for key areas of our life that will create a framework for you to action. 

You will drop into the body and set a clear affirmation and determine what you want to embody for the year 2021.

You will feel focused, cleansed and attain the clarity that you need for a year of everything that your heart desires.

**All that you will require for this event is comfy clothing, a sacred place in your home, a journal and pen and an open heart.
