Have you ever wanted to try a Pilates class, but something was holding you back?
Now is your time to sign up....If you are like me, you've been sitting a lot over the last 2 months.
Which means we could all benefit from this class, myself included.
This work will help improve your focus. Your focus will be on bodily alignment and you'll get a fantastic core workout.
It's a low impact method, full body exercise method.
The aim is to strengthen and lengthen the muscles, while building and intergrating deep core muscles. Expect the movements to involve slow precise movements and breath control.
The Pilates New Movement Method will help improve your posture, flexibility, mobility and overall strengh.
Foundations work beginner - advanced (all levels welcome) Let's move - Wednesday 7:30pm
