Join Binu Dhindsa for a Hypnosis workshop on how to stay calm within when uncertainly is happening around us.
Binu is a Holistic Soul/Life Coach and a Certified Consulting Hypnotist. She specializes in Emotional Resiliency and Spiritual Growth. She uses hypnosis for healing purposes to help people change the mental/emotional programming in their subconscious brain. The subconscious brain houses all of our past experiences, and traumas which then affect our daily life today. With hypnosis we are able to release the negative programming from past experiences and in turn create new programming in the brain to help us live more authentic, peaceful, whole lives. Given the uncertainty we all face today, getting in tune with our deeper selves is so important and so needed. Aligning with our true selves, in the here and now can help with anxiety and worry about what the future holds for us all. Getting back to our core beliefs, releasing limiting beliefs, getting in touch with which emotions keep us stuck, doing this inner work on our home emotional and spiritual states is what will allow us all to stay more centred every day even when chaos and unknown is happening around us.
In this 1 hour workshop, Binu will share how to do the work on our inner selves to change our emotional and spiritual states for the better; how to use hypnosis to release stuck emotions, limiting beliefs or simply how to bring more calm and relaxation into your body, mind and soul.
Binu will lead the group through a Hypnosis for Relaxation and Calm and allow time for sharing of experiences at the end of the session.
