Join us for the first in our Exploring your Depths Workshop Series.
During this ½ day together we will experience 2 group breathwork sessions, journal reflections & somatic inquiries.
We will deep dive into the theme of surrender in our lives. Â Most of us have a resistance to the idea of surrendering into any experience. Â Through the breath we will explore what is here, connect to the roots that are preventing us from fully experiencing our own aliveness.
The ultimate is letting yourself fully surrender into the breath and inviting the breath to breathe YOU.
