Through the modality of breath, we dive into each layer so that we can be curious and witness what is present within ourselves. Self actualization and true transformation happens only when we take accountability of the stories we are identifying with and when we create space to truly be our own compassionate witness, this is when we can step into the shifts we are craving for in our lives.
We will use breath and our Journal Inquiries as the modalities to support your deep dive. Your breath allows you the space to see what may be here that you are resisting, and through the breath, we are inviting ourselves to surrender into whatever may be present in the moment.
